Refund policy

📦 1. Cases where a return is accepted

1️⃣ The product has a manufacturing defect
2️⃣ The design or print contains an error attributable to the supplier Apliiq


2. How to proceed

If you receive a defective product, the customer must:

✉️ Send an email to cs@apliiq.com
📸 Include the following information:
 a) Apliiq order number (appears in the order confirmation email)
 b) A clear photograph of the defect
 c) A brief description of the issue

🔄 The Apliiq team will review the case and, if applicable, send a free replacement or issue a store credit according to their internal policy.


3. Cases where a return is NOT accepted

1️⃣ If the customer chose the wrong size
2️⃣ If the customer changed their mind after making the purchase
3️⃣ If the product is exactly as ordered, but the customer is not satisfied with the result


4. Deadline for reporting defects

Defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order.
